Poster session/Exhibit  

I introduce my performance piece, If the Photo is Good..., at the poster session at the international conference, The Arts in Society, at Sapienza University in Rome, 25-27 June 2014. I meet and have excellent discussions with important artists and academics, all of them passionately interested in the role of art in society. I benefit from hearing presentations by others, and having them attend my own poster showing. My piece If the Photo is Good…, focusses on identity in the present tense. I question the image that we create of ourselves and project outward, i.e. into the social media - the dichotomy between reality and the created reality.
